Managing a salon full of artists requires plenty of creativity, and we are thankful to have a leader like Rachel! Her favorite place is behind the chair creating a beautiful pixie cut or bob, or adding rich color to her client’s hair, but along with this she juggles her many management tasks with providing continuing education classes to our stylists. Several times a year, she brings educators in to teach new techniques along with an all-staff annual trip for more intensive training. Her favorite thing about Wisp? “We have the best clients! It’s the main reason we have such a great vibe, along with our dedicated team of stylists, estheticians, and front desk staff.”
