Hair Salon Massage Service Day Spa
What we are looking for: We are currently looking for respectful health or beauty related professionals. This is ideal for registered massage therapists (the demand is high!), acupuncturists, any body workers, microblading or eyelashes technicians. Other practitioners such as chiropractor, reiki master, and naturopath may be considered. This space is also suitable for any practitioners who just started their profession and is trying to grow their business as we have plenty of walk-in customers. There are great opportunities for cross-service referrals. As we are proud of providing a quiet, relaxing and comfortable environment for our customers, we expect other practitioners are also quiet, clean and respectful. You must be legally qualified (professional certification, business licenses, insurance, health & safety) within the practices that you are operating. Minimum 6 months commitment. Rates: Room rental is $650 to $725 + GST per month for 3 to 4 days per week. Operating hours are flexible depending on your practice needs. Rent Includes: Private room space, hydro, public Wifi, reception area, waiting area, washroom on site, and kitchen space with refrigerator and microwave.
