❆ Alaska - at the world's end! ❆ ♡ My lovely mother gifted me this unforgettable trip on my 50th birthday, and here we are, May 2018, 7 days aboard the magnificent Star Princess cruise ship. ☆ It was amazing! Exceeded all of my expectations ... from the moving glaciers, the wildlife, the contrast of ice and flowers, as well as the very pleasant changing weather. During the same day, I could be wearing a winter coat as well as a bathing suit! We spent a lot of our time on top of the boat, on the outside deck, because the landscapes we're so beautiful and surreal. Imagine being on a 17th floor looking out to all this splendor. We felt so small in comparison to this gigantic nature. ☆ The sun sets at 11pm and rises at 4am, we didn't sleep much ☆It's impossible to stop starring at those infinite wonders. We were almost 3000 people aboard the ship, but you wouldn't believe how much space and intimacy we had. It almost felt like we were only a small group. ☆ A couple of words to describe this travel concept, because it's been our first cruise experience. Service, organization, staff and restaurants were all 5 stars.
