Today, I spent the day in Atlanta with eight lovely women completing training and becoming some of the first Aestheticians in the U.S. to be certified in Dien Chan Zone. It is honor to be taught by the one and only Helen Black of @mirrormedicine of this healing modality which teaches internal and external maps and zones of all our skeletal, muscular and organ systems. She has traveled from Milan,Italy to the U.S. to share this knowledge and I am looking forward to sharing with you.

Taking care of yourself should be top priority. It’s imperative that we humans take quality time for our mental health, physical bodies and our spirit.
