Join us for the 2018 Indoor Tri: an inspirationally-charged event encompassing swimming, biking and running, for athletes of all fitness levels. The total event lasts for 75 minutes, and includes: • Swim: 10 minutes in the pool • Transition 1: 10-minutes (from the pool to cycle studio) • Bike: 30 minutes on an indoor bike • Transition 2: 5-minutes (from the cycle studio to treadmills) • Run: 20 minutes on a treadmill Registration cost: $30. Open to both members and non-members, ages 12 and over. All participants will receive: • Indoor Tri water bottle • Swim cap • Race bib • Online results • $10 coupon for 2018 Life Time Tri (outdoor) events • Special offers for Life Time Endurance training and club membership

Don’t miss our 3rd annual indoor cycling relay ride for healthier kids! All funds raised will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Life Time Foundation. It’s easy and fun to participate, and this event is open to members and non-members. There are three steps: Register, Raise, and Ride. Here’s how it works: 1. Register: Form or join a team of up to four people for our event on the website. Also, be sure to sign up for a bike and individual ride times on the poster in the Cycle Studio. 2. Raise: Start fundraising money through your own personalized St. Jude fundraising website, which includes helpful tips, tools and resources. 3. Ride: Cycle with your team and celebrate your efforts at the event! We're lining up your favorite instructors, awesome music, complimentary refreshments and swag giveaways.
