HAIRAVERSARY WEEK! Approx 14 years ago this amazing lady walked into my salon and said "you have any stations for rent"? I said take your pick! At the time I had only had my doors open 8 short months. Michelle has been with me ever since! There are a lot of things I could say about Michelle but these 4 Stand out. Strong, motivated, kind and a AWESOME Colorist dedicated to her craft! @michellehairstylist1 (Michelle's) Strength to weather challenges both personally and professionally has always amazed me. Raising 3 children, working long hours and trying to build her clientele all at the same time...doing it the old fashion way sitting waiting for the phone calls. That is motivation and dedication. You don't see that to much anymore. I saw it 14 years ago and see it still today! She has done so Many kind things for our community. Fund raisers, raising money for people struggling with cancer by having cut-a-thons, and locks for love just to name a few! Her creativity with hair and color is just remarkable! I have nothing but respect and admiration for this lady and feel blessed to work with her. The biggest mistake a business owner can make is to think that their business is what it is because "they built it" or "started it" or it was their idea. The truth is it's the people that work with you and beside you everyday making your dream a reality, their dedication and loyalty to you and your business is what makes your business what it is. Without them you would just be and empty store front, salon, corporation and the list goes on. So today a special shout out to one of the very special 14 women who make Elements of Style great!
