This Saturday, August 22nd from 11 am to 12 pm, we invite you to participate in Qigong Meditation Yoga with Yul Hill at Avalon Spa. The instruction fee for each individual will be $10. Qigong, the traditional Chinese medicine, uses the healing power of the mind through breathing and movement to increase vital energy (Qi), restore youth and promote well-being.
