Well I have to keep mine #healthyovereverything #hair that is #curlsfordays I am not fully natural there is relaxer on my color treated hair its NOT the chemicals that kill your Hair its the people using the chemicals I have had braids since the beginning of May.. i took them out last night today I did a shampoo➡️ Protein treatment ➡️moisturizing conditioner ➡️trimmed those dead ends Ummm yes ➡️ applied lots of foam sat under the dryer 15mins tops
