Today was a very special day for one Holiday Retirement at Sunridge resident! Not only has she been at our community for 14 years but she just celebrated her 106th birthday. She LOVED her Colorado Rockies gift handmade by a fellow resident!

Our Maintenance Man, Ron, has been busy. He has created a new Veterans' Wall in our Foyer. He is also painting in the Dining Room, as we prepare to extend our Coffee Bar.

Lyle and Nita Thompson celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary with the Sunridge Family on Oct. 24. They have five children, 14 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren. They have been to many different countries over the years and finally settled in Colorado Springs. They have lived here at Sunridge for the last year and half.

Kay is waiting patiently for her washing to be finished. It's a good time to just think about the day and contemplate tomorrow.
