So I've had quite a few no-shows and last minute (within 3-4 hours or less) cancellations lately. I have updated my cancellation policy and my customers are now required to book all major appointments (1+hour services) directly through my website, where it will ask for your card information in order to hold your appointment. If there is a last minute cancellation or a no-show, I will then assess a $15 fee. If it happens again, (same client), a higher fee will be assigned and the next appointment scheduled will have to be paid in full prior to said appointment. If the last minute change is due to an emergency, I will waive the fee. I'm sorry to have to do this for my clients that take their appointments seriously and communicate clearly, but I must do what is best for my business. I hope you all understand! My appointment scheduling and all payments are processed through Square, and your information is extremely safe. Thank you all!

Hey guys. I’ve had to make some changes because of past complaints, and in order to keep things professional, I’ve made some consent forms for any chemical service, for every consultation, as well as a few other services. I’ve usually only needed these for my lash extensions, but I find that it’s becoming a necessity for most of my services. My clients will now have to sign these forms before I can perform any major services on them. These not only cover MY butt, but they are also here to remind my clients that they agreed to certain things prior to the service appointment. I try to strive for a professional and positive relationship between my clients and myself; all positive, unicorn vibes on my end here guys! But it doesn’t always end up that way and these will act as a mediator if problems should arise. I hope you all understand and continue to come visit me!
