Join us September 20th at 2pm for Living with Ease: Daily Mindfulness Practice presented by Nikki Hernandez, PCSW staff therapist, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, PeakWellness Center. Stress and anxiety are often a constant companion in our daily lives. Mindfulness as a daily practice can provide some relief to these experiences and help us cope. The focus of this session will be an overview of mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. Participants will learn ways to decrease and cope with stress and track progress on their way to living with ease.

Anyone suffering from urinary incontinence, pelvic/tailbone pain, lower abdominal pain or someone that just wants to learn more about pelvic health can benefit from attending this class. Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy can improve not only your quality of life but end your struggle with pelvic pain and incontinence!
