To say such rude things directed personally at somebody (in this case my mom, as I write this) who not only is continuing the legacy of Arcade Beauty Salon, but lost her husband a little over a year ago, it's just tactless. If, after any service, you are dissatisfied, please speak to your stylist so they may rectify the situation***.
